Alternatively, you may be asked to execute secure linkage between OneApp and your bank account to verify income and employment in one fast, easy step. OneApp’s verification system will confirm these details automatically.

  4. Pay Screening Fee: Submit the required application/screening fee via credit or debit card.

  5. Submit & Await Review: Once submitted, our team will review the application and provide you with the results. Once that’s done your agent will strategize the next steps with you regarding submitting the application to the landlord or management company.
